CLASS PHOTO..STD IV KGF SCHOOL 1960

This class photo was taken when I was studying in the 4th Std in KGF School. Mrs Monisse was the class teacher and Mr Dudley Pinto the Head Master. I'm seated 3rd from left. Seems a life time ago

  1. I can certainly remember the Teacher in the middle, she was Mrs Monise, and she lived next door to us.

Our house and hers was only about hundreds from the KGF School gates.

I played cricket with her son Trevor Monise.

  2. I joined KGf School in 1965 after completing 4th STD FROM SJC. The boys in the photo would have been four years my senior. However i am not able figure out any one.
But one person stands out in the photo, our beloved pinto Sir.Dark and handsom.Loving at the same time firm, and would not allow any fooling around. We would go to his office for picking up a register or buyig a school tie as it was sold in the office. He would address the children not by name but as "son".
He left our School in 1968 For Ethopia. We salute you sir, and cherish the noble ideals which you stood for.
